During our first contact over the phone, we agree on a date and time for our personal meeting. In this meeting, I will introduce myself and will guide you through a structured and free of charge interview on the already planned details and the wishes for your wedding day. When requested, I will also support your plan with tips for the schedule of your wedding reception and might give recommendations of outstanding wedding services.

With your confirmation of trusting in my professionalism and creativity, I will include our verbal agreements into a tailored offer that matches light and sound equipment to your needs and the location’s requirements and will mail a detailed overview for your review and signature.

We will meet again about one or two months in advance of your wedding day to work out and agree on the remaining details and reception schedule. By that time you might have already returned the music wish list that I provide with the offer. I refrain from using predefined or standard playlists, but rather adapt my performance to the styles and genres of music that you and your guests prefer to hear on the dancefloor. Each wedding is different.

Given my long experience in dancing, I can support both the selection of the song for the opening dance and advise you on the style of dancing for the song you selected. If you do not find the time or motivation to prepare your opening dance in a dancing school, I offer a complementary crash course in your own home, practicing the routine along with the dedicated song for your opening dance.
